Account information. When you sign up for the waitlist or create an account, we collect your name, email address, job title, and company name.

Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including log data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.

Memory objects. When you use EverNow's memory infrastructure, we process and store the structured memory objects you create or that are generated on your behalf by connected AI agents. You retain ownership of this data.

Communications. If you contact us by email or through our website, we retain the content of your messages and our responses.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support; to understand how our services are used and to develop new features; to comply with legal obligations; and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your memory objects to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit consent.

Service providers. We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Business transfers. If EverNow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getevernow.com. Memory objects associated with your account are deleted within 30 days of account termination unless retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly in the event of a breach that affects your data.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; to receive a machine-readable copy of your data (data portability); and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
