1. Information We Collect
Early-access requests. We collect your email address, plan preference, referring entry point and any optional interest, use-case or company information you submit in the early-access form. These details are delivered to the EverNow team through Resend for follow-up. We do not collect payment information in this form.
Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including log data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
Concept demo. The personal-agent scenarios use illustrative data and temporary browser state. The current demo does not connect your apps, ingest your email or calendar, or create personal memory records on our servers.
Research workspace. Your research brief, public-source URLs, monitored text excerpts and reports are saved in your browser. When you start a check, selected URLs, the brief and prior snapshots are sent to our server to fetch and compare public content. These task records are not saved in a server-side research database. The selected websites receive the server request. Scheduled checks run only while the research page is open and active. You can remove a task from the workspace or clear site data in your browser.
Communications. If you contact us by email or through our website, we retain the content of your messages and our responses.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support; to understand how our services are used and to develop new features; to comply with legal obligations; and to detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
Service providers. We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate our infrastructure (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery). These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If EverNow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getevernow.com. The current website does not offer personal-agent accounts or hosted agent memory.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly in the event of a breach that affects your data.
